Il fast and Tuning nasce ufficiosamente nel 11 settembre del 2003 a Piacenza.
Dopo le brevi difficoltà iniziali, permessi per raduno ecc... il club comincia a estendersi a macchia d'olio , sino a farlo diventare club ufficiale nel 5 marzo 2004.
Da qul momento le sedi e le sezioni nascono in tutto il nord Italia sino ad essere 10 nella primavera del 2005 dopo essere usciti su tutte i magazine di tuning.
Il resto lo stiamo creando con voi , siamo 450 iscritti più o meno!
il Presidente è Abandon , la vice è Hariels (alias Cristian e Stefania).
